My friends Rune, Asbjørn, Fredrik and Frederick from the DSQ are hosting my pal Claire and me for a series of incredible shows here in Copenhagen. We're doing the Brahms G major sextet and Schoenberg Verklärte Nacht, and I'll be playing selections from the Messiaen Quartet for the End of Time with Claire, Marianna Shirinyan, and Matthias Kjøller. This Sunday, I'm stepping in for Rune in the quartet; we'll play the Schumann piano quintet with Marianna someplace on the other side of Denmark... I'm along for the ride, and what a treat it is to play with those guys!
